MicroVentureLab was founded by Adam LeMire, a Wilmington-based entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in marketing, automation, and business strategy.

The lab exists to help small businesses grow smarter through modern systems, AI-powered tools, and clear strategy. Some ventures are built from the ground up inside MVL, while others are co-built or supported through sweat-equity partnerships with local founders and business owners.
